The second meeting took place at the end of the project in Warsaw due to the fact the Polish School in Bialystok was closed. There was an opportunity to share our learning from the project and to air everyone’s thoughts and stories about its success (and shortcomings). Since everyone’s experiences was equally valid but also diverse we needed this time to understand each other so that each school could complete a realistic evaluation for their National Agencies. The Lead school took this opportunity to collect all the necessary information for the project evaluation as a whole. The final meeting also provided an opportunity to decide which materials should be produced for widespread dissemination, whether they should be translated, and so on.
