      There were two transnational project meetings at which all co-ordinators and one other senior manager from each school took part. We believe that it was important to involve senior managers in these meetings so that there was a clear understanding at whole school level about what the project was about and what it was trying to achieve. In this way we hoped to maximize the impact.
